Returns and Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Glorieux Cadeau at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for any products that do not include a specialty cake and one week prior notice is required for Specialty cakes or hampers including specialty cakes. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above are void. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in a form of a gift voucher to avoid administrative fee. Call our customer service mobile number on 0416 816 500 to discuss your options.
At Glorieux Cadeau we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will happily replace any damaged items accordingly. For this to occur we simply need you to repack the damaged item and return it to 29 Kareela Road, Chatswood 2067.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the hamper or to the Paypal account, if this form of payment has been used. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.
